Perth, Western Australia

Development and project management, from first idea to handover.

Residential, retail, office, education, health and industrial across Western Australia and South Australia.

Kariba acts for the client. We are not the builder.

Glass office towers seen from below, against a pale cloudy sky.
An unfinished concrete retail shell beside a completed clothing shop, shown as one still.

Retail tenancy coordination

From empty shellto open for trade.

We coordinate tenant fitouts so shops open on time.

How we work

The work, in four steps.

The same thread from the first conversation to handover. We stay on your side of the table the whole way.

  1. 01

    Feasibility

We test the idea before money is committed. Site, brief, programme, and the risks that would stop the project.

  2. 02

    Approvals

We steer design, consultants and authority approvals so there is a clear way for the project to be built.

  3. 03

    Delivery

We manage programme, cost and the contract from your side of the table. The builder builds. We look after your interests.

  4. 04

    Handover

We close out defects, documents and the handover to an owner, operator or tenant, so the place can open.

The director

Dee leads Kariba from Perth.

We are not the builder. We sit on your side of the table.

Kariba was set up so clients have a development manager and a project manager of their own. That includes someone starting a first project, and a developer who already runs large ones.

Dee is the director, and is responsible for the direction of the practice. He has worked as a development manager and a project manager across asset classes, at different scales and stages.

Tell us what you are working on.

A short note is enough. Say the project type, where it is up to, and roughly how big it is. A first conversation is often fifteen minutes.
