The practice was established for clients of every size: someone entering property for the first time, and developers already delivering large projects. The aim is a clear brief, fewer surprises, and a single thread from the first idea to handover.
Dee is the director, and is responsible for the direction of the practice.
He has worked as a development manager and a project manager across asset classes, and across projects of different scale and complexity. A longer biography, with the roles Dee wants published, is still to be confirmed.
How we work
We start with feasibility, stay through approvals and delivery, and close the project at handover. Where a building contract needs administering, we can act as superintendent. Where a shop needs to open, we coordinate the tenancy. The builder, the shopfitter and the consultants still do their own work.
