Project management picks up the work of getting the project built properly, on the client’s side of the table. We watch time, cost and what was actually agreed.
If you also need the building contract administered, that is superintendency. It can sit with the same team. It is a different job from managing the project, and a different job from building it.
Who it is for
Clients who already know what they want to build, and need someone to drive it through design and construction.
Where it sits

Questions
How is this different from development management?
Development management covers the idea, the site, feasibility and approvals. Project management focuses on delivering the project: programme, design, cost, procurement and construction.
Are you the builder?
No. The builder carries out the works under a contract. Kariba manages the project for the client, and can administer that contract as superintendent when appointed.
Can you join a project that has already started?
Yes, if the brief, the consultant team and the contract are clear enough to pick up. Tell us the stage when you write.
