A lease can hide a fitout standard, a make-good, or a future works cost that only shows up once you are in the shop. We read those parts with you.
Where you also need someone to run the fitout from the tenant’s side, that can follow as client representation. We still do not build the shop.
Who it is for
Retail and commercial tenants negotiating a new lease, a renewal, or the works the lease requires.

Questions
What do you look at in a lease?
The parts that turn into building work: fitout standards, services, landlord’s works, make-good, maintenance and any later capital works the tenant may have to fund.
Do you replace our lawyer?
No. We read the project and the building obligations. Your lawyer advises on the legal terms. The two should agree before you sign.
Can you stay on and manage the fitout?
Yes. That follow-on work is client representation for the tenant: briefing, programme and the interface with the landlord. We still do not build it.
